Early-Stage Investigator

The Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium (WSGC) Early-Stage Investigator (ESI) award supports faculty members in the development of research capacity and/or the pursuit of initial research data for subsequent proposals to the WSGC or other funding entity. Applicants must be 1) in the first five years of their first tenure-track** appointment and 2) a full-time faculty member at a WSGC affiliate university or college. Higher Education Incentives

The Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium (WSGC) Higher Education Incentives program supports value-added, undergraduate teaching and training projects in space or aerospace disciplines. As a seed-grant program, HEI funds innovative projects that increase the space and aerospace content of undergraduate courses and programs. Research Infrastructure/SEED Program

The Wisconsin Space Grant Consortium (WSGC) Research Infrastructure Program supports faculty and research staff at WSGC universities and colleges seeking to initiate new or continue current research programs, as well as WSGC industry affiliates working to enhance research capacity, establish collaborations, and increase research opportunities aligned with NASA Mission Directorates.
